We are passionate about ensuring young people have all the tools available to them to make the best choices for their exciting next steps. We empower young people to make informed choices for the future to allow them to meet their potential. We nurture talent and encourage young people to be aspirational and be the best possible version of themselves.

About us:

Having worked in careers and Higher Education for 19 years, in 2021 I set up a consultancy offering careers and HE services to schools/colleges. We work with portfolio of schools in the maintained and independent sector to support their CEIAG provision providing a range of tailor-made programmes and services to students from Y10-Y13.

We have a team of 16 highly experienced and knowledgeable careers & futures professionals. We pride ourselves on being personable, approachable and flexible. We enjoy working with young people to unleash their full potential allowing them to blossom and thrive. With our expertise and wealth of experience we work with schools to empower their students to make informed and empowered and aspirational choices for the future.

Our services:

Working across all CEIAG platforms and with students of all ability ranges, we adapt our offering to meet the needs of the school/college.

Our approach is flexible and personable and maximises the outcomes for the young person and allows us to support the CEIAG aims and provisions of the school/college and help them follow the Gatsby Benchmark framework of good practice.

Interview services: online or in person 1:1 guidance interviews with one of our experienced careers guidance advisers giving impartial and independent advice, including notes and action points (Benchmark 3 and 8).

Work experience: vetting of work experience placements by a qualified individual.

Careers talks and presentations (online and in person): we cover a wide range of topics such as UCAS applications, Personal Statement guidance, alternatives to university, and apprenticeships.

Events - attendance at careers, futures and HE events, parents’ evenings.

Consultancy – working with new or existing Careers Leads to maximise and build their CEIAG and HE provision.

Testimonials:

“It was a real pleasure to work with you and the team.

We were so pleased by how the pupils engaged with the conversations, which is very much a reflection of the thoughtful and generous way your team approached the interviews. The sensitivity and awareness of the importance of the pastoral background of the pupils was particularly great to see. And their reports are outstanding. All the feedback has been really positive and that is a huge credit to your team. Please pass on our sincere thanks.”

Chris Webster, Director of Futures, Brighton College

"Bryony and I have worked closely to identify a good time to run interviews, and her insight has helped me shape the programme. Her team is patient, knowledgeable and encouraging which works well for us. They also champion the notion of careers literacy, showing pupils how to find out information for themselves and make their own decisions rather than simply telling them what to do."

“Our kids are very lucky to have time to chat to you all. You’re all super and so calm and patient with the children.”

Sarah Gordon, Head of Futures, Eastbourne College

“I just wanted to say thank you for providing another brilliant two days of careers guidance for our students.

Talking to the Year 12s after their sessions, it was clear just how much they valued the opportunity to talk to your wonderful team of advisers. And it was great for Lucy and me to be able to have such confidence that everything was going to run smoothly once again.”

Sophie Harrowes, Head of Careers, Hammersmith Academy

“It was a pleasure to welcome you and your team to work with our Year 11 students, and I am truly grateful for the time, care, and expertise you shared with them.

Your feedback about our students means a great deal and we are very proud of them, especially as they prepare for their next steps. It is especially rewarding to hear that their enthusiasm and sense of purpose came across so strongly during your sessions.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks for the warmth, encouragement, and personalised guidance you provided. Dozens of students have shared how valuable they found the conversations, with several describing them (as I mentioned previously) as some of the most helpful discussions they have had regarding their futures. Your ability to engage and inspire them has clearly made an impact in motivating them in the lead-up to their exams!

We are equally appreciative of you highlighting those students who may benefit from additional support, this is incredibly helpful as we continue to support them through this important transition period.”

Ammie Ferguson, Assistant Head, Park View School. Haringey

“Your support in helping the Yr10's think about next steps and their futures are so key at this stage. Despite careers feeling a little way off for them, with WEX, GCSE's, A-level options next year, and 6th form/ college applications in the next year, it's such a great opportunity for them to have an impartial conversation with you all for the benefit of their futures.

Thank you for your time and patience with them all - There have been some really meaningful conversations between the pupils that have come out of last week’s meetings, which is great.”

Dahlia Abbassy-Robeikheh, Head of Y10, West London Free School

“It is always a gift to us to be able to share insights with you and the team, as you work with so many terrific schools across both the state and independent sectors (so really happy to get this feedback!)”

Kathryn Norris, Deputy Head of Futures, St Benedict’s School

“It was fantastic to have Bryony's team join us. Bedalian students loved working with her team on a 1:1 basis to receive support and guidance with their plans beyond A levels. Inspired and clear on what their next steps should be. She was flexible and we are looking forward to working together again this year.”

Chloe Hamill, Head of Sixth Form, Bedales

“Thank you so much too, it was as ever a pleasure to work with you and your team. This email brightened my morning on Friday and I shared some of your feedback about the students with parents at the end of the week.”

Charlotte Harding, Head of Careers, Bedales

"I have worked with Bryony over the last five years and have found her to be invaluable in the delivery of CEIAG at our school. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience but, most importantly, she connects with our pupils brilliantly and has delivered excellent individual careers guidance meetings. In addition, she stepped in at the last minute to deliver our Careers Convention when I had Covid and did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend Bryony highly enough; she is extremely professional but also warm and approachable."

Dr Kirsty Verney, Deputy Head of Sixth Form (Careers and HE), Churcher's College

“Thank you for joining us on the day and for your professionalism. Always wonderful to work with you and your team. Formidable team you have!”

Lieze Puren, Deputy Head Teacher and DDSL, Moor House School & College Specialist School for students with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD)
